A: The deposit is $15 per person. It is fully refundable and will be returned to you after the trip as part of our not-for-profit money pool process (whether or not you purchase a full ticket).

A: Ticket holders who placed advance reservations (depositors) will receive priority access.  You will be emailed instructions when full tickets become available. Priority sales for depositors are expected no later than Thursday, April 17 at 7:00 PM EDT.  Public sales will begin on April 24, or as soon as all reservation holders have purchased their tickets — whichever comes first.

A: Our current best estimate is $140 per person or less. The final price may be lower depending on supplier negotiations and the total number of reservations we receive. As a not-for-profit group, any funds remaining after all expenses are paid will be divided equally and refunded to ticket holders after the trip.

A: No, we’re sorry — we only accept electronic payments.  

We use a fully integrated online reservation and payment system that accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. Electronic payments also allow us to process any refunds or rebates quickly and easily after the trip.

A: No. Placing a deposit for a specific location does not guarantee that stop will run. Final pick-up locations will be determined based on demand and announced by email before full ticket sales begin.

A: No. Exact departure and return times are subject to last-minute changes and will not be finalized until closer to the event. Precise times will be emailed to all ticketed passengers well in advance, with updates posted on our schedule board.

A. You may reserve up to 6 seats per transaction. Please only reserve seats you intend to purchase. Others in your group should make their own reservations if needed.
