This is a "Money Pool", where we gather money from everyone in a big bucket and divide the costs equally between us

The Price per Seat is $110 (no add-on fees)
Finding Answers to your Questions
We've done this before, so odds are any question you may have were already asked (and answered) somewhere on this website .
There are only a very limited number of people who can accurately answer questions. Rely upon the website to give you your answers.
We are unable to hand-hold those who fail to read, but if all else fails, we do have Communication Email Forms - no phone calls, please!

Who are Your Travelling Companions?
Besides everyone else on the bus!
You are welcome to travel with us as an individual
(many do, and you'll likely be making new friends, if only for the day)
But for those wanting to travel as a couple or with a group of friends, you will want to pre-determine your departure location and who is paying for whom.
What are the Deadlines
We have established January 7, 2025 (midnight) as out deadline for making reservations as we expect to totally sell-out quickly and early.

YOU DON'T HAVE A TICKET
We have set our own Internal Deadlines to have everything
finalized at least 10 days prior to departure
May I Take My Kids? YES!
Teens and Tweens are welcome to accompany their parents or guardians to experience this history-making event.
Minimum age is 10, but we're not checking ID's. You know your kids better than anyone else, and its up to you to determine their level of maturity and ability to cope with a long and possibly arduous day.
(please let your child choose to go)
You are responsible for your children
Cancellations & Changes
ALL Reservations are firm upon booking. There are no refunds, so please only reserve your seats when you are certain you can attend.
This is a money pool, with costs determined by dividing among available seating. This is a volunteer, not-for-profit venture, so we cannot absorb the expense of cancellation refunds
That said, we are not heartless people and do understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. There is a procedure for that provided after you make a reservation. Please give us as much advance notice so we can resell your seat.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS
Risk & Liability
ALL of the organizers are strictly volunteers. Our maximum liability to the purchaser of a ticket, or anyone traveling with us - at anytime - is limited to the cost you contributed to the money pool.
We are NOT responsible for any errors or omissions nor personal or property damage or injury. The organizers carry no insurance.
TRAVEL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
Additionally, if you fail to follow instructions and 'miss the bus', either at rest stops or departing Ohio or DC, it is your responsibility to find alternate travel arrangements to wherever you need to go - at your expense
Sh*t Happens
What if for some reason we can't go?
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
- Weather (Ohio, DC or roads between)
- Cancelled (or relocated) inauguration
- New pandemic scares (real or perpetrated)
- Civil Unrest, space alien landings, war, etc.
We will refund equal portions of whatever gets refunded to us.
There are SOME non-refundable expenses we have already paid for. Those portions of what you pay-in cannot be refunded
