About the Money Pool: This is a "Money Pool" where we collect funds from everyone into a communal pot to equally share the expenses.

- Price per Seat: $115, with no additional fees.

Who are Your Travelling Companions?
Besides everyone else on the bus!
You are welcome to travel with us as an individual
(many do, and you'll likely be making new friends, if only for the day)
But for those wanting to travel as a couple or with a group of friends, you will want to pre-determine your departure location and who is paying for whom.
What are the Deadlines
Reservation Deadline:
When the last remaining seats are gone
- Without an Email Receipt, You Don't Have a Ticket.
Behind the Scenes:
- We have set our internal deadlines to ensure all arrangements are finalized at least 7 days before departure.
May I Take My Kids? YES!
Youth Participation:
- Teens and tweens are invited to join this historic event with their parents or guardians.
Age Guidelines:
- Suggested minimum age: 10 years old. We trust you to judge your child's maturity and endurance for what might be a long, challenging day.
Child's Choice:
- Please consider your child's interest in attending. Their participation should be their choice.
Parental Responsibility:
- Remember, you are responsible for your children throughout the event.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations are final upon booking. No refunds are available, so please commit only when you're sure you can participate.
Understanding the Money Pool:
- This event operates on a money pool system where costs are shared equally among attendees. As a volunteer, not-for-profit venture, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
Emergency Situations:
- We understand that unforeseen emergencies can happen. If this is your case, there's a specific procedure for emergencies which you'll receive after booking. Please provide us with as much notice as possible to allow us to resell your seat.
No-Shows:
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.

- Cancelled (or relocated) inauguration
We will refund equal portions of whatever gets refunded to us.

Because we are using an automated Reservation and Payment System for everyone (much like an airline does), we have no way to accept other forms of reservations or payment (or promises)

Liability Disclaimer
- All organizers are volunteers. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you contributed to the money pool, whether you are purchasing a ticket or traveling with us.
Risks and Responsibilities:
- We do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, personal injuries, or property damage. No insurance is carried by the organizers.
Travel Advisory:
- Travel is at your own risk.
Compliance with Instructions:
- If you fail to follow instructions and miss transportation, either at rest stops or at departure points in Ohio or DC, you are solely responsible for arranging and paying for your own alternative travel.
